We only process information that the user provides to us, e.g. via the contact form or email: name, email address, phone number, company and message content. Technical log data (IP address, browser info) is also collected from site usage.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Personal data is processed for handling enquiries, maintaining customer relationships, and providing and developing our services. The legal basis is our legitimate interest (customer communication) or performance of a contract.
4. Retention period
We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes above or as required by law (e.g. accounting legislation).

We do not share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be processed by trusted service providers (e.g. email and hosting) under contracts and in compliance with GDPR.
